This is the Initial public release. CryptChat IM has been in private use and testing for over a year.

• Static IP address or DNS forwarding service - Deerfield (dns2go), no-ip (free) just to mention a couple.
• Software - Internet Explorer 5.0
• OS - Windows 98/ME/XP/NT/2000
• Processor - 400MHz Pentium II
• Memory - 64MB Memory
• Screen Resolution - 800x600x256 colors or better
• Disk Space -25MB
• You will need WinZip to un compress the setup files.

IMPORTANT!

Make sure you do a "Check for updates" once you install this software as the software is constantly updated but the install package is not. This feature is in the "Help About" menu in the software (not on the web site).

Because this software uses encryption you need to verify that your country is not thought to have official "terrorist" ties.
